The room felt quite dated. I could feel the springs in the thin mattress, though the pillows were alright. There were also coffee marks on the wall near the tea station. I think this needs some improvement. Though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

I found the breakfast to be quite comprehensive with several options available. The staff seemed genuinely helpful and were quick to respond to requests. The hotel's proximity to the bus route was USEFUL. It made accessing different parts of the city easier. The complimentary parking was also very useful, allowing me to leave my car without any added cost.
The room's decor felt somewhat outdated.

the location proved quite advantageous. the staff displayed friendliness and rendered excellent customer service. the breakfast buffet was really good (i especially liked the variety of options).
the room looked quite dated. i found the mattresses rather thin and could feel the springs. the noise from the function suites downstairs was louder than expected. (i had difficulty sleeping because of it).
